Zoographics, 2014
Curated by Raphael Vella, Zoographics features the work of Katharina Swoboda, an artist from Graz, Austria who works mainly in video. Produced in a specially constructed space at St James Cavalier Centre for Creativity in Valletta in 2014, the exhibition focuses on the relationship between architecture, animals and spectators in different zoological gardens. For this exhibition, the artist collected information from zoos around Europe and India and showed three videos and a collection of photographic material.
