Ser y Durar, 2014
Featuring the work of Spanish artists’ group ‘Democracia’, Ser y Durar proposes a psycho-geographic route through this space, establishing a tension between the mobility of the practice of parkour and the immobility of a Madrid cemetery. Curated by Raphael Vella at St James Cavalier Centre for Creativity in Valletta, Malta, the exhibition features a dynamic video installation as well as photography, artefacts and prints.
3 channel video-installation, 18’ 30”, sweatshirts, stencils
